These terms apply to your use of greensquad.co.uk, run by James Wright trading as Green Squad Dorset, a sole trader, of The Paddocks, Wimborne, BH21 2BZ.
What we do
Green Squad is a free introduction service. We pass your enquiry to up to 3 independent installers who cover your area. We do not survey, design, supply or install anything, and we are not a party to any contract you make with an installer.
Installers
Installers in our network are independent businesses. We check that they hold MCS certification for the technologies they install, consumer code membership and insurance when they join and periodically after that. We cannot guarantee their work. Your contract, warranty and any complaint about the installation are with the installer. If you have a problem with an installer we introduced, please tell us and we will follow it up.
Estimates and information
Costs, savings and grant information on this site, including the instant estimate tool, are typical figures for guidance only. They are not quotes or financial advice. Grant schemes and energy prices change. Always rely on your installer's written quote and check scheme rules on GOV.UK.
Payment
Our service is free for homeowners. Installers pay us a fee for introductions. You pay the installer you choose directly. Ask your installer about payment options.
Using the site
Please only submit genuine enquiries about your own home, or one you have permission to act for. Do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from work carried out by an installer, or from reliance on general information on this site, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
